Modern Slavery Policy for All Nordics AB

1. Purpose and Scope

This policy sets out All Nordics AB’s commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chains. It applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners associated with All Nordics. Whilst there is no direct legislation in Sweden that requires such a policy we realise this is important within our business.

2. Statement of Commitment

All Nordics is dedicated to ensuring that our business practices and supply chains are free from modern slavery and human trafficking. We operate with integrity, transparency, and respect for human rights and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations regarding modern slavery. There are no applicable laws in Sweden.

3. Policy Principles

3.1 Zero Tolerance We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and expect all who work with us to share our commitment to ethical practices.
3.2 Compliance with Laws We comply with all applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking laws and regulations although there are none in Sweden at the time of writing.
3.3 Risk Assessment and Management We conduct regular risk assessments of our operations and supply chains to identify potential areas of risk related to modern slavery and take appropriate actions to mitigate these risks.
3.4 Supplier and Partner Due Diligence We perform due diligence on our suppliers and business partners to ensure they adhere to our standards and practices regarding modern slavery.
3.5 Reporting and Whistleblowing We encourage all employees, suppliers, and business partners to report any concerns regarding modern slavery. Reports can be made confidentially and without fear of retaliation. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

4. Roles and Responsibilities

4.1 Management Senior management is responsible for implementing and maintaining this policy and ensuring compliance throughout the organization.
4.2 Employees All employees are expected to comply with this policy and report any suspicions of modern slavery. They should understand the importance of this policy and participate in training and awareness programs.
4.3 Suppliers and Business Partners Suppliers and business partners are required to adhere to this policy and ensure their own supply chains are free from modern slavery. They must cooperate with our due diligence and audit processes.

5. Monitoring and Review

We will regularly review and update this policy to ensure its effectiveness and relevance. This includes assessing our procedures, supplier relationships, and the evolving nature of modern slavery risks.

6. Communication

This policy will be communicated to all employees, suppliers, and business partners. It will be made available on our website and included in relevant contractual agreements.

7. Breach of Policy

Any breach of this policy will be taken seriously and may result in disciplinary action, termination of contracts, and/or legal action.

9. Policy Approval

This policy has been approved by All Nordics AB’s Board of Directors and was last reviewed In January 2024.
